Bathroom
A WC bowl, a wash basin, a mirror, a glass shelf, a walk-in shower, a heating ladder, a thermostat, towel hooks.

Further furnishing and equipment
A built-in wardrobe, a hanger wall, an automatic washing machine, a LIFEHEIT mop with a bucket, a broom, a brush and a shovel, a laundry dryer, a waste basket, an intercom apparatus, a data cable

Cleanness in the first place
- Vacuum cleaners, irons, ironing boards, a laundry dryer machine (available in the house for free)
- For hygienic reasons each apartment is equipped with a new bed linen set (2 sheets for the sofa/bed, 2 pillow cases)
- For hygienic reasons wet cleaning or carpets is done after every tenant

The equipment and furnishing of the “living room”, the “kitchen”, the “bathroom” and “further furnishing and equipment” may slightly differ from the list in a particular apartment. An exact equipment and furnishing list is always included in the lease contract.

The whole house and all apartments for rent are non-smoker
